Best for clients who may have more than 12 guests or simply prefer for Tea to come to them.
Service Description
Guests MUST be 5 years of age or older. Each guest OR their legal parent/guardian must register for the event. Includes: -1 Hour Setup -1.5 hours Serving Time -Up to 20 guests (children MUST be 5+) -Tea with Savories, Scones, Dessert, English Breakfast Tea, Specialty Drink, and Water -Decorative Paper Plates, Porcelain Tea Cups, Plastic Stemware, Tea Spoons, and Napkins -30 Minute Takedown Pricing: $400 Flat Rate Travel Fee + $65/per Guest *Open to add additional items for additional costs *Please keep in mind events MUST be booked a minimum of one month prior to the event to avoid a $100 convenience fee.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows Cancellation, Rescheduling of Services or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Services, reschedule Services, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render Services due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the Tea ParTEA to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the Tea ParTEA to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Provider as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Provider to provide the Services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled Services, rescheduled Services, failing to show up for the project, or should it become impossible for Provider to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.
